Your mattress is made to order. Delivery is estimated at approximately 4 weeks after your order. When purchasing a mattress protector, you benefit from a 60-night trial period to test your mattress. These 60 trial nights officially begin the day your new Hiboo mattress arrives at your home. Would you like to return your mattress? Contact us at hello@hiboo.be before the end of the 60 trial nights. You will have the option of returning the mattress for free or requesting a home collection (fee of €75). We will reimburse you within 72 hours of receiving the mattress.

Our mattresses are backed by a 10-year warranty.

Yes, we offer to take back your old mattress for a fee of 35 euros.

The Hiboo Premioo mattress is compatible with all types of bed bases, except slatted bed bases with a gap between the slats exceeding 5 cm.
