Our unique 60-night trial offer is exclusively designed for our mattresses, the central element of your comfort. Whether you choose to purchase a mattress individually or in our MINUIT pack, you benefit from a trial period. This offer allows you to adjust to your new mattress and ensure that it perfectly meets your needs.

How does the trial period work?

The 60-night trial period is designed to give you a risk-free shopping experience. It officially begins the day your new Hiboo mattress arrives at your door. You then have 60 nights to try it comfortably. Do you want to return your mattress? You can easily start the return process.

How do returns work?

  1. Contact us at hello@hiboo.be before the end of the 60 night trial.
  2. Organization of mattress collection.
  3. Return the mattress or request home collection. (€75 fee)
  4. We will reimburse you within 72 hours after receipt of the mattress.
