Where do you make Hiboo beds?

All our nests are made in Belgium in a family business specializing in sleep. Their experience and know-how are the guarantees of the quality of our nests. We visit regularly to supervise the production of our/your nests.
The little extra thing? Textile manufacturing is carried out by a sheltered workshop promoting the social and professional integration of disabled people.

How can I try a nest before buying it?

Fortunately, it is possible to come and try out your future nest in one of our demonstration rooms. Contact us via the contact form to schedule an appointment and change your nights.

What are the payment methods ?

Payment of the deposit is made directly on the site by bancontact, credit card, Pay Pal or Apple Pay. Production of your nest will begin upon receipt of it. We will send you the details relating to the payment of the balance by email when your nest is ready.

About Hiboo

And the planet in all this?

We are committed to doing what we can to reduce our environmental impact. We produce all our nests (and all the elements that make them up) in Belgium. Our nests don't travel around the world before arriving in your rooms. To avoid unnecessary overproduction, we produce each of our products on demand.

What about ethics in all of that ?

We work with a sheltered workshop to make our headboards and all the textile work on our nests. This company supports the social and professional integration of disabled people. We also donate a fixed amount from each of your orders to the non-profit organization HuNeeds and we suggest you do the same by making a donation of €10 per order. The non-profit organization HuNeeds helps the homeless to rebuild their lives and find their place in society.

And hygiene in all this?

All our foams are certified according to OEKO-TEX and CERTIPUR standards (limitation of chemical emissions) and the production site has obtained ISO14001 environmental certification. This may seem like a very technical term, but it simply means that our products have the most demanding hygienic and environmental labels.

Deliveries

Is there a charge for delivery?

We offer delivery of your nest anywhere in Belgium. We will make an appointment with you to organize this delivery at a time that suits you best.

Can I have it delivered outside of Belgium?

Of course! To organize a delivery outside Belgium, write to us at hello@hiboo.be. Together, we will find a solution.

I ordered my bed, what now?

Congratulations! Your nights will never be the same again.

As soon as we receive payment of your deposit, we will send you an email to confirm your order. Production of your bed can begin. This will take approximately 5 weeks. We will contact you when your nest is ready to invite you to pay the balance of your order and to arrange delivery of your nest.

When will I receive my order ?

After receiving the deposit, we begin production of your nest. Allow +- 5 weeks before receiving an email from us offering you to pay the balance of your order and organize the delivery of your nest at a time that suits you.

Returns

Is it possible to cancel my order?

You have 24 hours to cancel your order after having validated it. Write to us at hello@hiboo.be to inform us.

How do I turn my bed?

Not satisfied with your Hiboo nest? You can return it to us within 15 days of receiving your nest. Please note, to return your nest to us, you must return it to us in the condition in which you received it. You will find the terms and conditions for returning your nest in our general conditions of sale.
To organize the return of your nest, contact us by email, mentioning your order number in the subject of the email.

What do you do with my bed if I turn it over?

We don't destroy anything. If possible, we will donate your nest to the non-profit organization HuNeeds which helps the homeless to rebuild their lives, in particular by providing them with decent housing (and therefore a comfortable bed).

Is an item in my order incorrect or missing?

We are sincerely sorry for this. Write to us quickly at hello@hiboo.be. In the event of a defect, add photos to your email so that we can process your request quickly.
