General questions

Where do you make Hiboo beds?

Our beds are made in Belgium in a family business with expertise in bedding. Only our storage beds are produced in the north of France.

How can I try a Hiboo bed before buying it?

We invite you to come and discover our range and try our products in one of our stores in Ixelles or Waterloo.

In addition, we offer you the possibility of taking advantage of a 60-night trial on your mattress, to guarantee that it perfectly meets your expectations.

Do you make promotional offers?

We do not make promotional offers. We work without intermediaries, in direct contact with our manufacturers, in order to offer you products at fair prices all year round. However, to thank you, we are offering you 5% when you register which you can benefit from on your first order.

What are the different payment methods?

Payment of a deposit is made directly on our site via Bancontact, credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay. Production of your bed will begin upon receipt of it. Once your bed is ready, we will email you the information you need to pay the balance. You can also opt for payment in 3x via Alma.

Hiboo and the planet?

We are committed to doing what we can to reduce our environmental impact. All our products are made in Belgium, with the exception of our storage beds, which are produced in the North of France.
To avoid unnecessary overproduction, we manufacture each of our products to order, thereby helping to reduce our environmental footprint

Hiboo and ethics?

We work with a sheltered workshop to make our headboards and all the textile work on our beds. This company supports the social and professional integration of disabled people.

Hiboo and hygiene?

Our foams are certified according to OEKO-TEX and CERTIPUR standards, and our production site is ISO14001 certified for its environmental commitment. In other words, our products meet the strictest hygiene and environmental standards.


Is there a charge for delivery?

We offer delivery of our products anywhere in Belgium, with the exception of beds that must be delivered to floors above the second. We will contact you to schedule delivery.

Can I have it delivered outside of Belgium?

To arrange delivery outside Belgium, write to us at hello@hiboo.be.

I ordered my bed, what now?

Congratulations! Your nights will never be the same again.

Upon receipt of payment of your deposit, we will send you an email to confirm your order and begin production of your bed, which will take approximately 5 weeks. Once your bed is ready, we will contact you to pay the balance of your order and arrange delivery.

When will I receive my order ?

For beds: Upon receipt of the deposit, we begin production of your bed. From then on, allow 5 weeks.
For other products: Your order will be delivered within 72 hours.


Is it possible to cancel my order?

You have 24 hours to cancel your order after validation. Write to us at hello@hiboo.be to let us know.

How do I turn my bed?

You have 14 days from receipt of your bed to return it to us. The return costs are your responsibility. Please note that the bed must be returned in its original condition. Detailed return instructions are available in our general conditions of sale. To arrange the return of your bed, please contact us by email indicating the order number in the subject of the message.

An item in my order is incorrect or missing, what should I do?

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Please contact us at hello@hiboo.be. If you notice a defect, please attach photos to your email to facilitate the processing of your request.
