To maintain the quality and durability of your Hiboo pillow, regular care is recommended. Machine wash it a maximum of once per quarter. Use a pillow protector for extra protection. Air out and fluff the pillow regularly to preserve its volume and comfort. In case of stains, use a damp cloth and mild detergent, then air dry.

Your order will be delivered within 72 hours. You have 14 days from the receipt of your product to return it to us. Additional costs for a delivery method more expensive than the standard method will not be refunded.

If you notice a defect in your Hiboo product, please send an email to our customer service at hello@hiboo.be, describing the problem and attaching photos of the defect if possible. Our team will assist you in resolving this issue, whether through repair, exchange, or another suitable solution.
