The Site constitutes a platform intended for the discovery, sale and purchase online of products improving your sleep (hereinafter, the “Service”).

Any question or complaint relating to the Site, these general conditions of use (hereinafter, the “CGU”), the general conditions of sale (hereinafter, “CGV”), the privacy charter (hereinafter , the “Charter”) and the policy relating to cookies (hereinafter, the “Cookie Policy”) can be sent to HIBOO sprl at the address mentioned above or at the following email address: hello@hiboo.com .

Hiboo 2: Acceptance of the general conditions of sale

Access to the Site is subject to these T&Cs, the Charter, the Cookie Policy as well as applicable laws and regulations. Consequently, access to the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance by the user (hereinafter, “the User”) of these T&Cs, the Charter and the Cookie Policy.

These General Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions, the Cookie Policy and the Charter exclusively govern the relationship between the User and HIBOO sprl relating to the use of the Site and the Service. They can be consulted at any time on the Site.

Hiboo 3: Validity of the offer

The products sold by the Hiboo company are intended for consumers with a delivery address in Belgium for free delivery and in Europe for a transport quote request. Items are sold while stocks last to customers meeting this geographic criterion.

The products sold by Hiboo are intended exclusively for individuals and the resale of items purchased on the site www.hiboo.be is prohibited.

In the event of receipt of an order for which a product proves to be unavailable at the time of delivery, the Hiboo company undertakes to notify the customer and offer them a new delivery date as quickly as possible or a refund within a maximum period of 2 days after the order cancellation request.

Hiboo 4: Price

The prices indicated on the site www.hiboo.be indicated in euros, including VAT (All Taxes Included).

Prices include the environmental contribution of €17. In force since 01/01/21 it is used to cover the costs of collecting, processing and dismantling used mattresses.

If the VAT rate in force were to be modified, the prices of the items could be modified accordingly, without the customer being informed in advance.

Hiboo reserves the right to modify its prices without notice and at any time. Invoicing is done at the rate in effect at the time of registration and acceptance of the order.

The products remain the property of Hiboo until full payment of the order. This price is payable in full and in a maximum of two installments: a deposit followed by payment of the balance (unless there is a specific payment system in several installments).

Hiboo reserves the right to cancel or not validate an order for which the payment of this order or a previous order from the customer would present a dispute.

Actions, promotions, sales cannot be combined.

In the case of delivery outside the European Union or in the French Overseas Territories, you are considered the official importer and required to comply with the regulations of the country of receipt of the goods. Any taxes and customs duties that are due when the package arrives at its destination are the responsibility of the customer and are their responsibility. We are not required to provide you with the amount of any such duties and taxes owed.

Hiboo 5: Order confirmation and management

The Hiboo company undertakes to confirm each order placed by sending an email. This email confirms that the order has been taken into account and that the order amount is debited. After sending the order confirmation email, the Hiboo company cannot guarantee the possibility for the customer to cancel the order.

If you need to make a modification or cancellation, we invite you to contact us within 48 working hours. The order will not be modifiable once the product is in production. Any order modification is subject to a reassessment of the price.

The Hiboo company undertakes to inform you of the different stages of your order and in particular of its shipment.

Hiboo 6: Product presentation

The Hiboo company undertakes to describe its products as precisely as possible in its descriptions and on the various sections of the site www.hiboo.be. If errors or omissions are noted concerning these presentations or the description of the products, the responsibility of the Hiboo company could not be involved.

Photographs and illustrations do not fall within the contractual scope either.

Hiboo 7: Delivery

The packages are shipped and delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering on the Hiboo company website.

The delivery times indicated on the site correspond to the average times observed for shipping and delivery, in working days and do not correspond to a contractual commitment.

The prices indicated on the site www.hiboo.be indicated in euros, including VAT (All Taxes Included) and including transport costs for Belgium.

For the rest of Europe, the prices indicated on the site www.hiboo.be do not include transportation.

For consumers living in other geographic areas where delivery would be made by the Hiboo company, the prices displayed do not include VAT or shipping costs. Participation in shipping costs can be requested after selecting the product.

Prices for deliveries outside areas where Hiboo offers free delivery are indicated when placing the order. For areas outside the European Union, taxes and customs fees may be claimed by the carrier (Hiboo 4).

The customer is responsible for the information (delivery address, name and telephone number) that he provides when placing his order. Hiboo cannot be held responsible in the event that an error prevents or delays delivery.

Delivery takes place between 7:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. to the address indicated during the order process. This always takes place by making an appointment in advance.

The Buyer undertakes to be present on the scheduled delivery date. In the event of an unjustified absence and not reported at least 24 hours in advance, the seller will be entitled to charge for a second delivery at the price of 110 euros excluding VAT. However, the Buyer may appoint a third party to receive the goods. In this case, the Buyer must confirm the identity of the third party but cannot under any circumstances modify the place of delivery without the express agreement of HIBOO.

Deliveries are made to the customer's building or home. The customer undertakes to ensure that the delivery location is easily accessible. In the event of a delivery delay, the customer will be informed by telephone or e-mail. The price offered by HIBOO sprl for this service includes 45 minutes for unloading the material at the customer's premises and complete assembly of the bed (2 boxes, head and mattress). Any handling not provided for in the initial estimate and any waiting time will be subject to additional billing of €30 per 15 minute period.

The assembly of the bed is provided by HIBOO. the customer undertakes to ensure that the assembly location is easily accessible and that the location has sufficient space to transport the various pieces of furniture (minimum footprint 205cm x 140cm x 15 cm) to the indicated location. In the event of access difficulties or risk of damage linked to the assembly of the furniture, the customer will take the necessary measures so that the delivery of the furniture takes place in the best conditions (elevator available on site or moving-type freight elevator at responsibility of the customer). From the third floor, hiboo is entitled to ask the customer for a lift to carry out the delivery.

If the customer chooses to collect the material himself or by a third party of his choice from HIBOO's warehouses, transport, handling, loading and unloading are done at his expense, risk and under his entire responsibility. The removal and return of the equipment must take place on the day(s) and time(s) fixed in the contract. In agreement with HIBOO, the buyer can benefit from a reduction of 70 euros including VAT in the event of collection of the goods.

We advise the Buyer, upon receipt:

To check the conformity of the delivered goods in relation to the order,
To check that no damage has occurred during transport,
To mention any useful reservations on the transport receipt itself,
We recommend that the Buyer keep the packaging in perfect condition.

Hiboo 8: Payment – ​​to do with our payment method

You can pay for your purchase by any means available on our website. We offer payment by credit or debit card (VISA and Mastercard), Paypal and advance payment. We reserve the right to offer less than all of our payment options. The account associated with your payment method will be billed at the time of ordering.

The customer fully authorizes Hiboo to use the payment card to pay for their order and that payment means legally providing access to sufficient funds to cover all costs of the order. Hiboo cannot be held responsible for the fraudulent use of the payment method used. Invoices, order breakdowns and supporting documents must be provided in electronic form only. Hiboo reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery, regardless of its nature and level of execution in the event of non-payment of any amount payable by the customer.

All payments will be processed through a secure data encryption system so that no information provided by the customer is intercepted by third parties. It is the customer's responsibility to save and print the payment invoice if they want to keep the transaction details. Hiboo retains full title to all products sold until payment is complete, including all applicable fees, taxes and required contributions are received.

Hiboo 9: Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legislation, you have a period of 14 working days following the date of receipt of your delivery or collection of your order, to withdraw. You can exercise your right of withdrawal upon conclusion of your sales contract. This is only valid for orders placed and concluded outside the store, either on www.hiboo.be

In the case of a single order delivered in several installments, the period starts from receipt of the last item forming part of the same order.

HIBOO will send you an acknowledgment of receipt in return to confirm that your withdrawal request has been taken into account.

The Hiboo company reserves the right to request photos before return. Products showing damage or traces of wear resulting from handling other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of these products, the Hiboo company may refuse reimbursement or reduce the amount reimbursed accordingly.

9.1 Conditions relating to the Hiboo Extended Trial Offer for Mattresses for orders confirmed from 01/02/2024 (orders placed before this date and delivered after 01/02/24 do not fall within the scope of this offer extended trial action):

Hiboo offers an extended 60-day trial period, exclusively for its mattresses, whether purchased alone or included in the MINUIT pack. This trial period is an extension of the standard right of withdrawal of 14 days, in accordance with article L121-21 of the Consumer Code, bringing the total duration to 60 calendar days from the date of receipt of the mattress. It is important to emphasize that the boxes and headboards included in the MINUIT pack remain subject to the standard 14-day withdrawal conditions.

During this trial period, the customer has the option of exchanging or requesting a refund of the mattress. To do this, the request must be sent by email to hello@hiboo.be, accompanied by photos and the reason for the return.

To benefit from this offer, the mattress must be returned to us in a clean condition, free of stains, and accompanied by the original order form or invoice. We recommend using our Hiboo mattress protector to keep your mattress clean throughout its lifespan.

Deadline for returning an item

You then have a maximum period of 14 days from the date of your withdrawal request to return the product to the HIBOO warehouse.

Reimbursement of returned orders

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, HIBOO will reimburse you for the products and the initial delivery costs or withdrawal costs. However, additional costs linked to a more expensive delivery method than the standard method will not be reimbursed.

Concerning mattresses subject to the 60-day trial offer, the reimbursement amount will be specifically calculated according to the method of purchase of the mattress, whether it is purchased individually or in combination with the MINUIT pack. As part of the MINUIT pack offer, the trade-in value of the mattress is calculated based on the table below.

Unless otherwise agreed, the refund is always made according to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Reimbursement of products will be made within 72 hours from the date on which HIBOO has collected the goods.

9.2 Return conditions in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal:

The costs of returning the product are your responsibility.

If you want collection by HIBOO, you must first pay the costs of transporting the product to the nearest HIBOO depot. The collection and return costs amount to €75.

You can also drop off your product yourself free of charge by appointment, in the depot communicated by Hiboo, provided with your proof of purchase (order confirmation email, invoice or delivery note).

You are invited to take all measures and, where applicable, all insurance to compensate for the possible destruction, partial or total, of the returned goods until delivery to HIBOO.

Products returned incomplete or received after 14 days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, damaged, soiled or damaged will not be refunded and will remain at the disposal of the Buyer. All items must be returned in packaging.


The right of withdrawal for mattresses, box springs and related textiles applies exclusively to standard sized items: 70×200, 80×200, 90×200, 140×200, 160×200 and 180×200.

If the purchase concerns personalized products, the Buyer does not benefit from this right of withdrawal. Thus, in accordance with the legislation, withdrawal is excluded for contracts for the supply of goods that are clearly personalized or made according to the consumer's specifications. In particular, tailor-made items (specific sizes, colors or specific textiles, etc.), with non-standard measurements (80×190, 120×190, 150×190, 160×190, 200×200 or others) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. …see standard sizes above), including specific additions or modifications for bedding (specific sizes or thicknesses, zippers, etc.).

The right of withdrawal and in-store returns do not apply to textile products, in particular sheets, duvet covers, mattress protectors, pillowcases, as well as duvets and pillows, if these items have been removed from their original packaging, for reasons of health or hygiene protection.

Hiboo 10: Cookies policy

The Customer expressly authorizes the Hiboo company to place a so-called “cookie” file on the customer’s hard drive.

This “cookie” aims to facilitate the collection of statistics, customer recognition and identification in the “my account” area of ​​the Hiboo company website. A cookie does not allow us to identify you by name. Generally speaking, it records information relating to your browsing on our site, which we can read during your subsequent visits.

This data is strictly intended for internal use by Hiboo and is not communicated to third parties.

You can object to the use of cookies by configuring your browser.

Some cookies are advertising cookies which allow us to record the products viewed to present you with advertising banners in line with your interest within a maximum period of 90 days.

Hiboo 11: Responsibility

The company Hiboo has only an obligation of means in all stages of access to the site, visit, entry of forms, placing of orders, preparation of orders, delivery of orders, returns of products and refunds for orders to be refunded.

The Hiboo company cannot be held liable for any inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the Internet network and external to the precautions taken by the company.

Hiboo cannot be held liable for any cases of force majeure, external intrusion or the presence of a computer virus.

Hiboo 12: Intellectual property

The Site and its components (brands, logos, graphics, photographs, animations, videos, music, texts, etc.) constitute the property of Hiboo. They are protected by intellectual rights (in particular copyright, design rights, trademark rights, etc.) and cannot therefore be reproduced, used or distributed without prior written authorization from Hiboo or , where applicable, of the rights holder concerned, under penalty of constituting an offense of counterfeiting copyright and/or designs and/or trademarks, punishable by three months to three years and a fine of 100 to 100,000 euros or one of these penalties only.

Hiboo hereby grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license, for an indefinite period and revocable at any time without giving a reason, to access, display and download the content of the Site only. for display purposes. The User may also print a copy of the content displayed on the Site for his personal needs, provided that he does not alter the content of the Site in any way and that he retains all notices of authorship and origin of the Site. . Reproduction is therefore only authorized for strictly private purposes within the meaning of article XI.190 5° of the Code of Economic Law.

Any use of the Site and its components not covered by this article is strictly prohibited.

Hiboo 13: Warranty Conditions

Products sold by Hiboo are covered by a 2-year guarantee on all material and manufacturing defects.

The benefit of the guarantee must be requested by the buyer of the product, having the invoice for the order. In order to benefit from the guarantee, the product must be returned in good condition and clean.
In the event that a manufacturing defect is proven, Hiboo will replace the defective product at its expense with a new product.

The duration of the warranty begins to run from the date of receipt of the goods indicated on the invoice or, where applicable, on the delivery note. This warranty only applies to goods, services are excluded.

MATTRESS – 10 year guarantee

The guarantee covers the core of the mattress against any abnormal sagging or premature deformation under normal conditions of use, on a suitable base and in good condition.

It should be noted that the adaptation phase to the shape of your body may result in a slight settling of less than 20% of the filling materials. This is normal and cannot be covered by the warranty.

BED BASES - 10 year guarantee

Fixed bed bases, that is to say excluding electric and manual bed bases, are guaranteed for life against any manufacturing defect during normal use. This guarantee does not apply to the following parts: ball joints, slat attachments, mattress stops, sliders, studs, screw threads, feet, slats, headboards and attachments, upholstery ticking.

Electric bed bases are guaranteed for two years against any manufacturing defect under normal use.


Under no circumstances does the warranty cover damage that may result from a lack of maintenance, the use of force, an accident, an abnormal phenomenon of humidity or heat (no mold, no traces of humidity, nor deterioration such as burning), attempted repairs or other transformations made to the product (sawing, drilling, etc.), nor damage to the covering fabrics, sewing thread or any other element whose good held is linked to the conditions of use.

To benefit from the guarantee, the product must be returned to us in a strictly clean condition, free of stains, and accompanied by the original order form or invoice. We recommend using our Hiboo mattress protector to ensure the cleanliness of your mattress throughout its lifespan.

Through this guarantee, we undertake to exchange a similar or equivalent product, or to repair the mattress or box spring found to be defective. Delivery service will be charged as stated above.

To benefit from the guarantee, you must also respect the following conditions:
– The mattress must be placed on a suitable box spring and in good condition.
– Spring and micro spring mattresses should not be used on slatted bases, where the space between each slat is greater than 5 cm.
– It must be protected by a waterproof mattress protector.
– It should never be placed directly on the ground or on an unventilated support.
– You must turn your mattress at least twice a month (head/feet and front/back), unless otherwise indicated.
– The warranty label on the edge of the mattress must under no circumstances be removed.

Any exchange or repair cannot have the effect of extending the duration of the warranty.

There is nevertheless a principle of obsolescence (not applicable to fixed bases guaranteed for 10 years and excluding exclusions defined above), to assess the residual value of the product which is applied according to the detail below:

  • From 0 to 2 years: 100% of the value
  • After 2 years: 80% of the value
  • After 3 years: 60% of the value
  • After 5 years: 40% of the value
  • After 7 years: 20% of the value

Hiboo 14: Dispute handling

The validity, interpretation and/or execution of the T&Cs are subject to Belgian law, to the fullest extent permitted by the applicable rules of private international law.

In the event of a dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or execution of the T&Cs, the Courts and Tribunals of the judicial district of Brussels have exclusive jurisdiction, to the fullest extent permitted by the applicable rules of private international law.

Before taking any steps aimed at the legal resolution of a dispute, the Buyer and Hiboo undertake to try to resolve it amicably. To this end, they first contact each other, before resorting, if necessary, to mediation, arbitration, or any other alternative method of dispute resolution.

Hiboo 15: Personal data

The Hiboo company reserves the right, thanks to the cookie referred to in Hiboo 11, to collect data relating to users of the site and this by name.

The Hiboo company owns the data collected and reserves the right to use and transfer it.

In all cases, and in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, any user or customer of the site may at any time oppose the commercial use of said data and also benefits from a right to access, rectification and deletion of data concerning him.
