Where do you make Hiboo beds?
All our nests are made in Belgium in a family business specializing in sleep. Their experience and know-how are the guarantees of the quality of our nests. We visit regularly to supervise the production of our/your nests.
The little extra thing? Textile manufacturing is carried out by a sheltered workshop promoting the social and professional integration of disabled people.
What are the payment methods?
Payment of the deposit is made directly on the site by bancontact, credit card, Pay Pal or Apple Pay. Production of your nest will begin upon receipt of it. We will send you the details relating to the payment of the balance by email when your nest is ready.
I ordered my bed, now what?
Congratulations! Your nights will never be the same again.
As soon as we receive payment of your deposit, we will send you an email to confirm your order. Production of your bed can begin. This will take approximately 5 weeks. We will contact you when your set is ready to invite you to pay the balance of your order and to arrange delivery of your order.
How can I try a bed before buying it?
Of course, experiencing the quality of our products in person is essential. This is why we warmly invite you to test your future cozy nest in one of our show rooms . To organize a visit that could change your nights , please contact us via our contact form . We will be happy to schedule an appointment at your convenience.
