Interview
For Duvets and Pillows:
- Washing recommendation 1 to 2 times per year at 40°C.
- Using the dryer on a gentle cycle, or pressing service, to maintain their volume and softness.
For Bedding Protection:
- First wash at 40°C before use, followed by regular washes at 60°C.
- Air drying recommended to prevent shrinkage.

Delivery and Returns
Your order will be delivered within 72 hours. You have 14 days from receipt of your product to return it to us. Additional costs linked to a more expensive delivery method than the standard method will not be reimbursed.

Each pillow contains two external pockets filled with 70% down, wrapped in a 100% cotton percale cover with a corded bias finish.
Our duck down of European origin is rigorously selected, washed with biodegradable soap and complies with strict European standards.

In our Belgian workshop, we prioritize animal welfare with 100% Belgian traced and ethical down. Each filling is treated with organic soaps and meets strict EN12934 and EN12935 standards. Our duvets, wrapped in 100% cotton Mako satin, come from European suppliers meeting demanding ethical criteria. Banning plastic, our packaging is reusable cotton bags.
