Job Description

A true ambassador of our brand to our customers, you will work independently and in close collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.

Your missions will be as follows (non-exhaustive list):
  • Welcoming, advising and retaining customers
  • Build personalized relationships with customers over the long term
  • Ensure product exchanges and returns
  • Coordinate with the warehouse the planning and preparation of orders
  • Respond to customer requests via customer service email (mainly FR + NL / ENG)
  • Organize and supervise inventories
  • Guarantee the good behavior and cleanliness of the Flagship
  • Recruit and train the sales team (students, flexi-job, interns, etc.)
  • Implement and apply merchandising guidelines
  • Transmit and share company values
  • Participate in the development of turnover and the achievement of monthly objectives (bonus objectives)
  • Be a source of suggestions for the animation and creation of events around the Flagship.
  • Participate in backoffice management (reception, encoding, etc.)
  • Cash management, opening/closing

Required profile

  • You are passionate about business and understand the importance of customer service.
  • You are dynamic, versatile and endowed with strong interpersonal skills.
  • You have 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You are autonomous, rigorous and organized
  • You have a taste for challenge and an eye for detail

  • You have an excellent presentation and you see yourself in the identity and style of our brand
